Accountabilities
- Drive rigorous and structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology business problems.
- Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities based on assessment activities and performance gaps.
- Lead small engagements or streams of work end-to-end, ensuring client satisfaction and team management.
- Support business development efforts and nurture business opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients and teams to align business and technology priorities.
- Develop content knowledge in technology strategy operations and share insights.
- Create thought leadership assets with innovative insights and recommendations.
- Engage with senior management to guide recommendations and gain buy-in.
Requirements
- Strong data-driven consulting skills with a focus on business and technology value.
- Ability to work independently and determine methods and procedures.
- Experience managing team efforts within a client or organization setting.
- Proven track record in identifying business opportunities.
- Experience with core technology strategy offerings including IT & Digital strategy and enterprise architecture.
- Background in technology advisory and/or implementation.
- Proactive acquisition of business knowledge, preferably with an MBA.
