Job Summary
The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining wireless backhaul networks across multiple sites, ensuring high performance, reliability, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Point-to-Point (PtP) and Point-to-Multipoint (PtMP) microwave links
- Conduct LOS analysis and path profiling using industry tools
- Perform link budget calculations and site evaluations
- Oversee installation of telecom towers (Guyed, Monopole, Self-Supporting)
- Execute alignment and commissioning of microwave equipment
- Ensure quality of RF, fiber, and power connections
- Implement grounding and lightning protection systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot network issues
- Optimize network KPIs (RSSI, SNR, throughput)
- Prepare technical reports and ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or related field
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in wireless telecommunications
- Hands-on experience in Microwave & Wireless Backhaul systems
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of RF fundamentals
- Experience with tools like Pathloss, Radio Mobile, AirLink
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to read engineering drawings (SLD)
technical Expertise
- Experience with vendors: Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, Ceragon, Cambium, Ubiquiti
- Knowledge of Microwave Links, LTE Backhaul, Wireless Bridges

- CCNA / CCNP
- Microwave Systems Certification
- Working at Heights Certification
- RF Planning & Optimization Certification
