Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the product and service offered by the company.
  • Setting a sales target
  • Calling existing and potential customers
  • Updating the database with all the customer's information.
  • Ensuring the customers are satisfied with the services provided to them.
  • Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
  • Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
  • Taking and processing customers orders in a professional manner.
  • Creating weekly sales reports and presenting them to the Sales Manager.
  • Providing excellent customer service to the customers.
  • Answering customers questions in regards to product and service.
  • Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ year of work experience as a Telesales Executive, and Telesales Representative.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Outstanding ability to follow scripts.
  • Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems promptly.
  • Ability to deal with different personalities.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
