Role Overview:
We're looking for a motivated Telesales Agent to manage and convert inbound leads interested in our training offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with inbound leads interested in Tick & Talk's training programs
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received via phone, email, and digital channels
- Understand client training needs and recommend suitable programs
- Present training offerings clearly and persuasively to individuals and corporate clients
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth enrollment and customer experience
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer engagement
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage leads across different markets (Egypt & GCC preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting
