Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Agent role based in Agouza, Cairo. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, understanding their educational needs, and offering tailored solutions. They will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer support, and guide students through the application and enrollment process. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and participating in training to stay informed about services and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and build relationships
- Customer service and customer support expertise to address inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Proven sales experience and ability to achieve targets
- Eagerness to participate in training and develop an in-depth understanding of educational programs
- Proficiency in spoken Arabic and English is highly desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the education or telesales industry is considered a plus
