The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, promoting gold and silver investment products, and converting leads into long-term customers through confident and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
- Promote gold and silver investment products effectively
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active clients
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales KPIs
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Provide excellent customer experience through professional communication
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in telesales, call center, or sales roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Additional languages are a plus
- Family visa preferred
- Fresh graduates may apply if they possess excellent communication skills
