(Individual Contributor Role | Not a Telesales Manager Position)
We are hiring a Telesales Specialist to drive investor acquisition and product conversion through high-volume, high-quality outbound and inbound calls. This role is focused on direct revenue generation, managing the sales cycle from first contact to close, and consistently achieving monthly investment targets.
This is a hands-on senior closer role and does not include people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion for investment opportunities.
- Qualify investors through structured call frameworks (risk appetite, budget, timeline, profile fit).
- Present investment products clearly, address objections, and close deals efficiently.
- Maintain strong pipeline management with accurate CRM activity tracking.
- Follow up systematically with warm leads and inactive prospects to maximize conversion.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for call volume, conversion rate, and revenue generated.
- Ensure compliance with sales scripts, disclosure rules, and internal investment promotion guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and advisory teams to improve messaging, lead quality, and campaign results.
Preferred
- Exposure to UAE/GCC investment markets
- Experience selling high-ticket products (AED 50K+ average ticket)
- Finance/investment product knowledge (basic to intermediate)
Requirements
- Minimum 35 years in telesales or inside sales, ideally within investment, financial services, real estate investment, or wealth-related products.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong closing ability, objection handling, and consultative selling approach.
- High professional communication skills (verbal + written).
- Strong CRM discipline and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Comfortable with structured scripts while maintaining confident investor-level conversations.
