This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients over the phone to promote property offerings, generate leads, and convert them into potential sales opportunities. The role involves building relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and achieving sales targets.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with potential clients and present property options.
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Customer Support to identify potential clients and provide assistance throughout the decision-making process.
• Skilled in Sales techniques to achieve and exceed targets, negotiate deals, and close property transactions successfully.
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and excellent at working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in real estate or telesales is advantageous but not mandatory.
