4Level1 specializes in providing comprehensive English Language Programs tailored for both adults and young adults, meeting international CEFR standards. Our courses focus on developing practical communication skills across all language areas, with an emphasis on achieving real-world communicative confidence. With a blend of online and face-to-face classes, we cater to students across the Middle East, offering immersive learning experiences. Face-to-face classes are delivered at our Riyadh location, supplemented with online learning offerings for wider accessibility.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Representative based in Qesm El Maadi, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting and selling our English Language Programs, and answering inquiries. Responsibilities include engaging with leads, maintaining customer relationships, providing product information, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the team to identify new business opportunities and support training initiatives as needed.

• Strong Communication and ability to effectively convey information and engage with diverse audiences
• Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to address inquiries and build client relationships
• Experience in Sales and achieving targets within a fast-paced environment
• Capability to support and assist in Training initiatives when necessary
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
