Telesales Representative

4Level1 provides English Language Programs designed for both adults and young adults, focusing on helping learners build practical communication skills in all areas. Our courses align with international CEFR standards and emphasize achieving communicative goals, allowing students to gain confidence in real-world interactions. We prepare individuals for success in academic, professional, and social contexts through a blend of online and face-to-face classes. While serving students across the Middle East remotely, our in-person classes are conducted in Riyadh.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Qesm El Maadi with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Telesales Representative, your responsibilities will include engaging with potential clients, promoting 4level1's language programs, and maintaining communications through phone and digital platforms. You will focus on providing excellent customer service, understanding client needs, closing sales, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Supporting training and learning processes may also be part of your responsibilities.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in Customer Support to address client needs effectively
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and an ability to meet targets
• Ability to participate in and support Training programs related to services and systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Self-motivation and organizational skills for balancing hybrid work requirements
• Previous experience in the education or language learning sector is advantageous
• High school diploma or higher education; relevant certifications
