Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Telesales Representative will engage potential and existing customers through phone calls and other communication channels to promote and sell the company's English language programs. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, answering client inquiries, supporting customers through the enrollment process, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role also involves meeting sales targets, providing training to customers on services offered, and contributing to the company's overall sales strategy.
