Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Giza. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for daily tasks including conducting outbound calls to potential customers, addressing customer inquiries, handling customer support issues, providing exceptional customer service, and closing sales deals. The role also involves participating in training sessions to stay updated on products and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Customer Support and handling inquiries
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet sales targets
• Ability to participate in and benefit from Training sessions
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
• Previous experience in a telesales role is preferred
