Telesales Representative - Banking Sector

Role Description

This is a full-time Telesales Representative role in the banking sector. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, promoting banking products and services. Other responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. The role involves continuous engagement with customers to build strong relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members
• Customer Service, Customer Support, and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Willingness to undergo Training and adapt to new sales strategies
• Highly motivated, team-oriented, and goal-driven
• Proficiency in banking products or related industry knowledge is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus

Location: Garden City

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Friday & Saturday off)
