Telesales Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in New Cairo. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients over the phone to promote and sell our software solutions. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, explaining product benefits, identifying client needs, addressing inquiries, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing excellent customer service to foster long-term client relationships.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with customers
• Customer Service and Support skills to address inquiries professionally and build client relationships
• Sales skills, including the ability to present solutions persuasively and close deals
• Experience in Training and explaining products or services to clients is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a preferred qualification
