Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Telesales Representative located in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential clients, presenting and selling products or services, responding to inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and managing a pipeline of leads. This role also involves meeting sales targets, updating customer information in databases, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Customer Support expertise to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional assistance
• Proven Sales skills and ability to meet or exceed targets
• Willingness to participate in Training to develop and hone professional capabilities
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
