Telesales Representative

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Fifth, WV. The Telesales Representative will engage with customers via phone to promote products or services and generate sales. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing product information, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, delivering excellent customer service and developing strong relationships with clients are integral parts of this role.

• Strong communication and active listening skills to effectively engage and assist customers
• Sales and negotiation skills to handle client inquiries and close deals
• Basic computer navigation and proficiency with data entry and CRM systems
• Time management and organizational skills to meet targets and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment
• Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus
• High school diploma; additional education or certifications in marketing, communication, or related fields are beneficial
