Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging potential clients via phone, understanding customer needs, pitching suitable products or services, resolving inquiries, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role involves providing excellent customer service, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills essential for clear, professional, and persuasive interactions.
• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support experience, with the ability to address inquiries and provide solutions effectively.
• Sales expertise, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic client engagement.
• Experience in Training or coaching clients on products or services is highly valuable.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer skills is an advantage.
