Telesales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell consumer finance products.
• Present products effectively to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
• Manage leads, record interactions in CRM, and follow up promptly.
• Handle objections and customer inquiries professionally to close sales.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth onboarding and achieve KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in Telesales or financial product sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Arabic and good command of English.
