Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Telesales Representative will actively engage potential clients, present solutions tailored to their needs, manage customer inquiries, and close sales. Additionally, the individual will follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring targets and KPIs are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with a professional phone demeanor
  • Experience in Customer Support and Training
  • Proven Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Results-driven, with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
  • Fluency in English and other languages (optional) is an advantage
