SUPPORT TRADES is seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, presenting our services, and scheduling Zoom meetings with qualified leads.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

Present company services clearly and professionally.

Qualify leads and schedule Zoom meetings for the sales team.

Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements:

Previous experience in telesales or customer communication roles.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Arabic and English communication skills are a plus.
