Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telesales Specialist role located in Maadi. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to promote products or services. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions over the phone, addressing inquiries, explaining offerings, handling objections, and closing sales. The role also entails maintaining detailed records of sales calls and customer information, and achieving set sales targets within a specified timeline.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Exceptional Communication skills, including active listening, persuasion, and a clear, professional phone manner
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to meet or exceed targets
• Willingness to participate in ongoing Training and continuous learning to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and follow-ups
• Experience in telesales, customer service, or related roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
