This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Dubai. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell high-end real estate properties. Day-to-day tasks involve engaging with leads, providing detailed property information, following up with prospects, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role requires a proactive approach to building customer relationships while meeting sales targets.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address client inquiries and build lasting relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and interpersonal abilities
• Proven Sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to participate in and learn from Training programs to improve proficiency in telesales strategies
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Knowledge or experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous
