Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Telesales Specialist. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, conducting cold and warm calls to promote Robotics Corner's training programs, and maintaining records of customer interactions. Additional duties involve addressing customer inquiries, assisting them in selecting suitable programs, collaborating with the sales team, and meeting or exceeding sales targets to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telesales experience
• Strong communication, active listening, and persuasive negotiation skills
• Experience in telesales, customer service, or telemarketing
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Basic understanding of Robotics-related concepts, such as Embedded Systems, IoT, Machine Learning, and AI (preferred but not required)
• Goal-oriented mindset with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency with CRM software and ability to manage updates and sales data
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and training programs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
• Background in educational sales (courses, diplomas, training programs)
• Professional English level (spoken & written)
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Target-driven and performance-oriented
• Organized and process-focused mindset
