Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Telesales Specialist at Spider Bees, located in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Telesales Specialist will communicate with potential customers to promote products and services, respond to inquiries, and identify sales opportunities. Responsibilities also include maintaining relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and tracking customer interactions. The candidate will contribute to the overall team goals by providing excellent customer service and actively participating in team discussions to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and close sales.
  • Proven ability in CRM and call management, including maintaining organized customer records and tracking sales activities.
  • Proficiency in utilizing tools related to sales operations and customer support systems.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Resilience and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and overcome objections.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Commitment to working on-site at the Qesm 1st Nasser City location.
