We're on the lookout for a skilled Telesales Specialist with hands-on experience in the digital marketing industry and a strong understanding of the Saudi market. If you're passionate about sales, target-driven, and ready to close deals over the phone — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and contact potential clients via phone calls, clearly presenting the value of our digital marketing services.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client connections, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Execution: Handle inbound inquiries, drive outbound calls, and consistently achieve (and exceed) telesales targets.
• Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on Saudi market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and account management teams to align client needs with our tailored digital solutions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of telesales experience (preferably within a digital marketing agency).
• Solid understanding of the Saudi market and business dynamics.
• Proven record of meeting/exceeding telesales targets.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills over the phone.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and services.
• GCC market experience is a plus.
