We're Hiring | Tendering Manager | Dubai, UAE
Black & Grey HR is hiring on behalf of a leading construction company in Dubai, UAE for an experienced Tendering Manager.
We are seeking a dynamic professional with 20+ years of experience in construction tendering and estimation to lead the Tender Department, drive winning bid strategies, oversee cost estimation and risk assessment, manage contract reviews, and lead negotiations for major construction projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
20+ years of experience in construction tendering & estimation
Strong leadership experience managing tendering/estimation teams
Expertise in cost estimation, contracts, commercial bidding & risk analysis
Proficiency in estimation software (RAI or equivalent)
⭐ Candidates with Contracting experience or mixed use project experience are highly preferred.
Location: Dubai, UAE
