Job Description

1- Health & Safety:

  • Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that the highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained.

2- Functional:

Compensation:

  • Design and execute the total rewards strategy, including salary benchmarking, pension plans, and annual compensation cycles (bonus and salary review).
  • Lead the country-wide salary review and bonus distribution processes across different product lines.
  • Generate and analyze reports on employees total rewards to provide insights for management decision-making.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance in employee remuneration across Egypt, maintaining internal equity.
  • Analyze market trends, conduct statistical data reviews, and propose enhancements to total rewards policies.
  • Develop policies linking compensation with performance, ensuring a structured and merit-based approach.
  • Establish clear compensation structures aligned with corporate culture and values.
  • Prepare competitive job offers in line with company salary structures and internal equity.

Conducting Salary Surveys and Job Evaluation:

  • Conduct market research and salary surveys to assess competitiveness in compensation and benefits.
  • Perform job evaluations to maintain fairness and consistency in pay structures.

Employees Benefits:

  • Administer and optimize compensation and income-security programs, ensuring compliance and market competitiveness.
  • Evaluate and recommend new benefits programs by analyzing employee needs and industry trends.
  • Approve compensation exceptions in consultation with management.
  • Develop and implement retention plans and incentive schemes, including performance-based incentives (e.g., Sales Incentive Schemes).
  • Oversee the administration of benefits programs such as retirement plans, wellness programs, and insurance policies.
  • Initiate and manage employee engagement activities and recreational programs.
  • Lead the social projects committee, managing funds and collaborating with external consultants to support beneficiaries effectively.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. HR diploma/certification is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel & computer skills.
  • High-level communication & analytical skills.
  • Basic Accounting knowledge.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards.
