Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Heliopolis, for a Tour Operator at Gulf Travel and Tours. The Tour Operator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating guided tours and travel packages, managing client reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and handling sales inquiries. Additional duties include assisting clients with travel requirements and ensuring seamless travel and touring experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and coordinating Guided Tours and expertise in the Travel & Tourism industry
• Strong abilities in Customer Service and Reservations management
• Proficiency in Sales and effective communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Experience in Tourism is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and industry software is an advantage
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
