Role Description

  • Implement approved business development and sales plans.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate with clients until contract finalization.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities, analyze market trends and customer needs to determine new business prospects.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure their continuous satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality service delivery to customers.
  • Submit regular reports to the department manager on performance and market updates.
  • Follow up on invoice issuance and collection from clients.

Qualifications

  • Education:Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or a related field).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Preparing business plan reports and effectively handling and resolving customer issues.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Previous Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales.
  • Special Abilities:Proficiency in using Microsoft office.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on developing new sales channels and managing existing ones.
  • Minimum experience 5 years.
