Role Description
- Implement approved business development and sales plans.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate with clients until contract finalization.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities, analyze market trends and customer needs to determine new business prospects.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure their continuous satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality service delivery to customers.
- Submit regular reports to the department manager on performance and market updates.
- Follow up on invoice issuance and collection from clients.
Qualifications
- Education:Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or a related field).
- Technical Skills:
- Preparing business plan reports and effectively handling and resolving customer issues.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Previous Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales.
- Special Abilities:Proficiency in using Microsoft office.
- Proficiency in English language.
- proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on developing new sales channels and managing existing ones.
- Minimum experience 5 years.
