About the Role

The purpose of the role is to design, deliver and execute an effective training plan across all distributor teams, the front-line teams and demonstrators (Experts & Stylists), covering all aspects of product knowledge and why Dyson sales skills. Work internally and externally to drive a better customer experience and sales journey through knowledge and insights. The Trainer has a leading role in Dyson events, product launches and our focus demo technology.

This role is ideal for training professionals fluent in both Arabic and English, with hands-on experience delivering learning solutions in retail, consumer electronics, or a similar environment. As a Trainer, you'll empower retail staff, help them master Dyson's products, and ensure a consistent, inspiring customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging product, sales, and induction training to distributor teams and retail staffboth face-to-face and digitally
  • Coach teams on sales skills, product knowledge, and demonstration techniques
  • Support onboarding of new joiners, ensuring clear understanding of Dyson's products and customer approach
  • Visit stores regularly to observe demos, provide feedback, and offer on-the-spot support (travel required)
  • Collaborate with marketing on localizing training materials and producing visual aids in line with Dyson's standards
  • Use e-learning and digital platforms to increase engagement and reinforce key messages
  • Support feedback collection to inform improvements to training delivery and materials

About You

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal & written)
  • 2-4 years experience delivering training, ideally within electrical retail or consumer electronics
  • Exposure to appliances or consumer electronics brands & products in retail
  • Confident communicator and presenter, at ease with diverse audiences
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable, with strong planning skills
  • Experience developing training content and using digital learning tools
  • Able to travel regularly domestically & internationally for store visits and training sessions
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Teams)
  • Enthusiastic about technology and committed to helping others succeed

The position will be located at the Dyson Middle East & Africa office in Dubai; however, the employment contract will be under third party.
