Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Cairo for fresh graduates. Participants in the Training Camp program will be engaged in hands-on training and development activities designed to build essential professional skills. Responsibilities will include participating in training sessions, applying instructional concepts, collaborating with team members, and delivering exceptional customer service under guidance. This role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience and grow within the real estate sector.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
• Proficiency in Training, Training & Development, and Instructional Design
• Customer Service skills with a focus on providing exceptional client experiences
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from recognized universities such as GUC, AUC, MiU, UH, MSA, CIC, AOU, FUE, AAst, BUE, or GiU
• Self-motivation and a passion for the real estate sector
