Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Executive with a strong background in procuring large-scale business deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to secure high-value contracts, build strategic partnerships, and drive significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Large-Scale Business Acquisition:
- Identify, target, and secure large-scale corporate accounts seeking educational training.
- Customize and execute strategic training plans to meet high-value business objectives.
- Generate leads through networking, industry events.
Client Engagement:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in large organizations.
- Present tailored training solutions that align with client needs and upskill their staff.
- Schedule outdoor meetings and visit clients offices to strengthen relationships and showcase our training expertise.
Contract Negotiation:
- Lead complex negotiations to secure profitable contracts.
- Ensure deliverables are favorable and meet both client and company objectives.
Market Insights:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, industry developments and upcoming networking events.
- Attend social events to identify opportunities for large-scale business growth.
- Provide strategic feedback to senior management and product teams.
Performance Reporting:
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure all sales activities are documented and tracked in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B corporate sales, with a focus on large-scale business deals.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value contracts and achieving significant revenue targets.
- Should be present and available in UAE with an understanding of the UAE market
- Should have a valid UAE driving license
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
