Training Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs across the company, ensuring all employees have the tools and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying training needs through job analysis, performance evaluations, and consultations with managers.
• Organize and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
• Prepare training materials, manuals, and documentation as needed.
• Support the implementation of orientation programs for new hires.
• Maintain training records and monitor training attendance and feedback.
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
• Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and training providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (higher education is a must).
• Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
• 1–2 years of experience in a training or learning & development role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
