This is a full-time, on-site Travel Agent role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Travel Agent will assist clients by managing travel reservations, booking flights, car rentals, and accommodations, as well as suggesting and finalizing travel packages that suit their needs. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Additionally, the Travel Agent will contribute to meeting sales targets by promoting travel services and upselling premium packages.

• Proficiency in Reservations and Travel Arrangements to efficiently coordinate client travel plans
• Customer Service and Car Rental experience to provide high-quality service and meet client needs effectively
• Sales skills to promote travel packages and upsell premium services
• Fluency in English at a B2 level or higher; additional languages are a plus
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred
