Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Cairo. The Travel Consultant will handle travel arrangements, manage travel plans, book reservations, and provide guidance to clients. Additional responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting travel options, and ensuring their travel needs are met seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills and a customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
