Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Assistant – Influencer Marketing will support the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of influencer marketing activity across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle categories. The role is operational and execution‑focused, supporting campaigns from briefing through to content tracking and performance reporting.
The position plays a key role in ensuring influencer campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and in line with commercial objectives, while maintaining accurate trackers, documentation, and reporting.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain and update influencer and campaign tracking dashboards
- Support weekly and monthly reporting on influencer performance (reach, engagement, content output)
- Track UGC delivery, usage rights, and campaign results
- Support competitor and market research to identify influencer trends and opportunities
- Consolidate influencer costs and flag variances where required
Influencer Campaign Support
- Support end‑to‑end execution of influencer campaigns, from briefing to posting
- Build and maintain influencer databases and profiling sheets
- Coordinate influencer seeding, gifting, and content timelines
- Liaise with influencers and agencies to ensure deliverables are received on time
- Support contract coordination, approvals, and payment tracking
- Track content usage rights and ensure correct documentation
Operational & Cross‑Functional Support
- Coordinate campaign assets and timelines with Creative, PR, and Brand teams
- Maintain influencer marketing calendars and trackers
- Ensure alignment with Merchandising on product availability ahead of posting
- Support internal communication around campaign launches and key moments
- Assist with ad hoc requests related to influencer and social initiatives
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field
Experience
- 0–2 years experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, PR, social media, or related fields
- Internships, freelance work, or project‑based experience is an advantage
Eligibility
This role is only open to UAE nationals in line with Nationalisation compliance requirements.
