We are looking for a creative and professional UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing professional, user-friendly interfaces for websites and applications, with a strong focus on improving user experience and increasing engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full design process from research to final handoff to developers
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
- Create user journey maps, user flows, and wireframes
- Design high-fidelity and interactive mockups
- Design responsive interfaces for websites and mobile applications
- Develop and maintain design systems while ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Identify UX issues and propose data-driven solutions
- Continuously improve user experience based on feedback and analytics
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing real web and mobile projects
- Professional proficiency in Figma
- Deep understanding of UX principles and usability standards
- Experience in building design systems and component libraries
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
