We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who can craft intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces tailored for customer service and AI-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs for our CCaaS solutions.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces for agent desktops, virtual agents, and integration dashboards.
- Create consistent design systems and component libraries to ensure a unified product experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, focusing on efficiency and ease of use for contact center agents and end customers.
- Ensure designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and multi-platform responsiveness.
- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or contact center tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing dashboard, web app, or SaaS platform design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for improving user workflows.
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing AI-driven interfaces or chatbot platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end development principles.
