Unit Manager

This is a contract, hybrid role for a Unit Manager, based in Cairo with flexibility for some remote work. The Unit Manager will oversee and lead a team to achieve sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations. Responsibilities will include strategic planning, team training, performance monitoring, and reporting on sales objectives. Additionally, the Unit Manager will nurture client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in strategic planning and performance monitoring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Sales expertise, with an ability to meet and exceed targets
• Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting and data evaluation
• Familiarity with insurance, retirement planning, and wealth management services is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
