Keeta is looking for a proactive and analytical User Operations Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will support user growth initiatives, analyse operational performance, and contribute to data-driven strategies that enhance user engagement and business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Support the operations team in executing user growth strategies and related initiatives.
- Monitor key performance metrics and conduct post-campaign reviews to evaluate operational effectiveness.
- Collect and analyse user behaviour data to generate insights reports and recommend optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, and Legal to ensure smooth execution of operational plans.
- Assist in documenting processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Need From You
- Emirati final year student or recent Bachelor's degree graduate.
- Strong data sensitivity with basic analytical and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL is a plus.
- Prior exposure to user operations or product operations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
