Job Overview:
DNB Signature Properties is looking for a highly skilled and creative Multimedia Specialist with a strong focus on advanced video editing and cinematic content creation. This role is ideal for professionals who can transform raw footage into premium, high-impact visual stories tailored for real estate marketing and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality, cinematic real estate videos with strong storytelling elements
- Work with raw footage to create luxury-style property videos, reels, and promotional content
- Apply advanced editing techniques including color grading, motion graphics, transitions, and sound design
- Handle multi-cam editing, speed ramping, masking, tracking, and visual effects
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to produce high-converting content
- Optimize video content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and paid campaigns
- Maintain organized project files and manage media efficiently
- Ensure all output aligns with DNB Properties premium brand identity
Core Tools & Software (Must-Have – Pro Level):
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Experience in real estate videography editing.
- Understanding of camera formats (Sony S-Log, Canon C-Log, RAW workflows, etc.)
- Knowledge of sound design, audio leveling, and background scoring
- Ability to create viral short-form content (Reels/TikTok style edits)
- Basic photography and videography knowledge is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and storytelling ability
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
Working Conditions:
