Job Responsibilities:

• Edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.
• Take a brief to grasp production team's needs and specifications.
• Review and select the best shots and sequences to create visually compelling stories.
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
• Incorporate visual effects, music, graphics, and animations to enhance the video's impact.
• Create rough and final cuts.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
• Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process.
• Discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives, visual style, and brand guidelines.
• Regularly collaborate with the marketing team.
• Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy.
• Take charge of video ideation and creation, enhance video quality by adjusting colors, brightness, and contrast as needed.
• Ensure videos meet the marketing team's specifications and guidelines.
• Implement creative notes from stakeholders and Evaluate projects for brand authenticity.
• Ensure proper pacing, timing, and rhythm to maintain the desired flow of the video.
• Perform audio mixing and sound editing to ensure optimal audio quality.

Education:

Bachelor's degree related to Art, advertising, marketing, media, or Communications.

Experience:

• Proven experience of 1: 3 years of (Related Job Function / Industry / Experience).
