Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Client Location: USA

Working Days/Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST

Contract Type: Part-Time Contract

Contract Term: 12 Months, Renewable (potential to convert to Full-Time in 2–3 months)

Monthly Salary: USD 400

Job Overview:

One o our clients is looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a lean medical billing team with day-to-day operations. This role focuses on communication, scheduling, and data tracking to ensure smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal processes. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to handle multiple administrative tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage email inbox and calendar scheduling
  • Answer incoming calls and handle client-facing communication
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and suppliers
  • Track data and perform basic data entry
  • Navigate financial portals for invoicing and data input
  • Set up meetings and maintain organized records
  • Provide regular updates on task progress and status

Must-Haves:

  • Strong communication and comprehension skills
  • Clear and understandable spoken English
  • Proactive and intuitive approach to tasks
  • High level of transparency and accountability
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
  • Organized and detail-oriented

Great-to-Haves:

  • Spanish-speaking ability
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks (trainable)
  • Experience using call platforms (e.g., Abbax or similar)
  • Exposure to healthcare or medical billing industry
