Role Description

This full-time, on-site Customer Service role is based in New Cairo. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer interactions over the phone and delivering excellent service to enhance the customer experience. The role requires adherence to company protocols and maintaining professional phone etiquette throughout engagements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong knowledge of Phone Etiquette and the ability to create a positive Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in call centers or customer service roles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a higher educational qualification is preferred
