The VP of Strategy – Mega-Project Commercialization & ROI will lead and strategize all initiatives focused on maximizing the commercial potential and return on investment (ROI) for large-scale projects. This seasoned executive will oversee the development and implementation of strategic frameworks that align with corporate goals while navigating complex market dynamics. The role requires expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, stakeholder engagement, and risk assessment. The successful candidate will foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that innovative commercialization strategies are designed and executed in alignment with organizational objectives. Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, commercialization, or revenue management, preferably in large-scale project environments.
  • Proven record of developing and implementing strategic frameworks that drive significant ROI in complex project landscapes.
  • Extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and modeling, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with market trend analysis and competitive positioning pertaining to large-scale projects.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, with a history of establishing and maintaining relationships with key partners, investors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Significant experience in risk assessment and management methodologies relevant to mega-projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor diverse teams, fostering a culture of innovation and strategic thinking.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the commercialization of mega-projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and market needs.
