● Responsibilities
1. Operations & Fleet Management
* Manage day-to-day fleet operations across assigned stores/clusters
* Ensure achievement of operational KPIs (attendance, SLA, productivity, coverage)
2. Onboarding & Rider Management
* Oversee end-to-end rider onboarding process
* Verify and validate rider documentation before activation
3. Training & Development
* Deliver onboarding, SOP, and refresher training sessions
* Monitor training performance (attendance, pass rates, ramp-up time)
4. Inventory & Asset Management
* Manage rider kit inventory (uniforms, helmets, bags, etc.)
* Ensure proper issuance and recovery of assets
5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
* Act as a point of contact for rider suppliers/vendors
* Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance
6. Reporting & Performance Analysis
* Track and report on key operational metrics
* Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
7. Compliance & Quality Control
* Ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies
* Conduct quality checks on data and operations
Requirements:
* 2–3 years of experience in Logistics or Operations with team management
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Good understanding of logistics KPIs and stakeholder management
* Flexibility to work in shifts if required
