Pinerium is seeking a highly organized and process-driven Zoho Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational efficiency of the Zoho Solutions Department.
This role is responsible for ensuring internal workflows run smoothly, operational data remains accurate, tasks are properly tracked, and cross-functional processes are aligned with Pinerium's standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving coordination, visibility, accountability, and execution across sales, delivery, support, and training functions.
ResponsibilitiesOperational Coordination- Support daily operations across the Zoho Solutions department.
- Monitor ongoing tasks, workflows, and departmental activities to ensure progress.
- Track internal requests and ensure timely completion by responsible teams.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and escalate issues when needed.
Process Management- Ensure teams follow approved workflows, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Support implementation of new internal processes and continuous improvements.
- Maintain process documentation, templates, and internal operating guidelines.
- Help standardize recurring activities across departments.
Data Accuracy & Reporting- Maintain accurate operational records and activity logs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Support dashboard updates and management reporting.
- Monitor KPIs and highlight trends, delays, or performance gaps.
Cross-Department Support- Work closely with Sales, Project Management, Support, Finance, and Pinerium Academy teams.
- Ensure smooth handovers between departments.
- Support resource coordination and task alignment when required.
Systems & Tools- Support operations using Zoho applications such as Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, Zoho WorkDrive, and related tools.
- Ensure records are properly maintained in operational systems.
- Promote disciplined use of internal systems and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations coordination, administration, project support, or process management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and process discipline.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience using ERP, CRM, or project management systems (Zoho preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
- Must be a non-smoker (all types).
