Administrative Assistant (with HR Responsibilities)
Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE
Salary: AED 4,500 5,500 (depending on experience)
We are a growing wood manufacturing company in Umm Al Quwain seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to manage both administrative and HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and project documentation
- Manage staff attendance, leave records, and employee files
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and visa/PRO coordination
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Support management with reports, correspondence, and internal coordination
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in the UAE, preferably in an administrative or HR role
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information professionally
- Ready to join immediately
- Must be able to work in Umm Al Quwain
- Preference for single candidates; Filipino candidates encouraged but not mandatory
