Administrative Assistant (with HR Responsibilities)

Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE

Salary: AED 4,500 5,500 (depending on experience)

We are a growing wood manufacturing company in Umm Al Quwain seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to manage both administrative and HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and project documentation
  • Manage staff attendance, leave records, and employee files
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and visa/PRO coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Support management with reports, correspondence, and internal coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in the UAE, preferably in an administrative or HR role
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Ready to join immediately
  • Must be able to work in Umm Al Quwain
  • Preference for single candidates; Filipino candidates encouraged but not mandatory
